Alanda At Last

The End

sunny 24 °C

1535 miles, 1029 photographs and eighteen days and nights of beer, fatty foods and living out of a suitcase, the journey comes to an end.

It feels like home straight away and we settle in feeling like we've never left. The sun has been shining all day, the sky is clear and the sunset is beautiful. We can see Gibraltar and Northern Africa from the garden and couldn't be happier that we decided to come back.

I say it's the end but there's still so much to look forward to, Christmas shopping in Gibraltar, New Year at Puerto Banus, snowboarding at Sierra Nevada in January and hopefully some snake charming in Morocco in February.

For now though we’re going to enjoy just living in Spain. The weather, the cooking, the peace and quiet and of course watching X Factor which, from travelling through Europe and visiting new and exciting places has meant I’ve had to miss for a couple of weeks. We’re also hoping a friend from last time stops by to pay us a visit.

So hasta la vista amigos!
